  I support all local business in Geelong and am passionate about buying local. But the appalling customer service from one particular lady at this health food shop will have me looking else where, I honestly hope no one else will encounter this experience in the future. It was very degrading, offensive and rather sad and disappointing . From what I gather they must have a lot of theft going on in that shop, but still, there is no need for the obnoxious behavior that was carried out by this lady today. I did not get a very warm reception from her entering the store anyway, so maybe that was the first sign. I caught on straight away, I was under intense surveillance, she couldn't have made it any more blatantly obvious with her extreme gestures. I wasn't too worried at first because I just wanted to get my stuff and get out of there. Until she was almost standing on top me, could you get any closer? The constant breathing down my neck, including the obsessive tapping of your toes, which I presume was a sign to hurry me up.... Seriously? You were beyond ridiculous!!! Could you have been any more subtle? At least ask, "If I would like any assistance" to kill the awkwardness? It was rather embarrassing and again degrading, especially being treated thus way and yet still willing to take my money for poor customer service. In the end people, I had enough, put my items back on the shelf and told the gentleman at the counter, "I'm sorry I can not do this, she has really annoyed me" Walked out of that store to never return again. You have lost a valuable customer and will take my business else where, you don't deserve my money. Very unpleasant.
